박스에서 각각의 가상머신에는 자체적으로 RAM과 최대 할당 디스크 공간 설정이 있습니다.

모음에서 박스에 오른쪽 단추를 누른 후 속성을 선택하거나, 박스가 이미 실행중이라면 헤더 표시줄의 메뉴 단추(설정)를 누른 후 속성을 선택하십시오.

시스템 탭을 누르십시오.

메모리와 최대 디스크 공간 슬라이더를 조절하여 원하는 값을 반영하십시오.

You shouldn't allocate all the memory available as your host system also needs memory to run and the more memory is allocated, the longer it will take to suspend/resume. The recommended memory will be sufficient since this information comes from the OSes documentations.
