Le trafic moyen journalier est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1000 v\u00e9hicules, dont pr\u00e8s de 40% de poids lourds. Projet prioritaire dans le Programme Economique r\u00e9gional de l\u2019UEMOA, il constitue l\u2019un des maillons de l\u2019Autoroute r\u00e9gionale de l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest. La route r\u00e9alis\u00e9e entre 2002 et 2004 a 7 m de largeur pour une circulation \u00e0 double sens et une longueur de 95 km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Enjeux :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le bitumage de la route en enduit superficiel et sous l\u2019action combin\u00e9e des intemp\u00e9ries d\u2019une part, d\u2019un trafic en expansion d\u2019autre part, la route pr\u00e9sente des d\u00e9gradations structurelles importantes n\u00e9cessitant des travaux de reconstruction. L\u2019Etat envisage la r\u00e9alisation des travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement en 2\u00d72 voies de cette liaison vitale pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie malienne. L\u2019ensemble des dossiers d\u2019\u00e9tudes (APS, APD et DAO) sont disponibles. L\u2019\u00e9valuation \u00e9conomique du projet r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur la base de l\u2019option autorouti\u00e8re et la variante d\u2019am\u00e9nagement ( 5 BB + 15 GB + 25 GLN) pour un cout d\u2019investissement estim\u00e9 \u00e0 176, 8 milliards de FCFA d\u00e9gage un TRI de 12,6% et une VAN de 9,6 milliards de FCFA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectifs :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet se justifie par :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>la contribution \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration r\u00e9gionale,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u00e9fectueux de la route,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>diversifier les corridors d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la mer et<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>contribuer \u00e0 une baisse sensible du co\u00fbt des transports.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Besoins :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>financement<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Type de projet :&nbsp;PublicRegion:&nbsp;SikassoMontant d\u2019investissement (millions FCFA) :&nbsp;176 825Montant d\u2019investissement (Euro) :&nbsp;269 567 975Montant d\u2019investissement (USD) :&nbsp;315 758 929 Sikasso-Zegoua est le dernier maillon malien du seul axe routier reliant le port d\u2019Abidjan \u00e0 Bamako.
